hey since I just told a friend this and they found it helpful: if you’re having hallucinations and are having trouble distinguishing what’s real and what’s not, use your phone’s camera and take a picture of the thing you might be hallucinating. cameras don’t hallucinate.

#trust Me it helps so much omg  #it seems really simple but it's amazing  #I had this one time where I was hallucinating bugs were all over My floor  #like I could see bug larvae and worms and shit everywhere  #there was a raisin on My floor and I picked it up I swear I could see bug legs moving UGH  #then I had the brilliant idea of grabbing My camera and taking pictures of the floor so I could see a reality that was stable  #it fucking worked and I stopped hallucinating  #I felt so goddamn smart
